Residential
From additions/ remodels to new homes, I provide all the services you will need to have your ideas realized. My standard services include; site planning and documentation of existing conditions, pre-design and conceptual design, working drawings, city requirements and structural observation.
I have an established team of consultants; Surveyor, Soils Analysis, Structural Engineer, and Energy Compliance associates who will assist in completing your project along with my services.
I have worked with many cities including; Torrance, Palos Verdes Estates and surrounding Peninsula cities, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, City of Los Angeles, Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches to name a few.
Interiors
Kitchens and Master bathroom remodels are my specialty. Because I have spent many years designing and utilizing kitchens for cooking, cleaning and entertaining, I have experience in what makes a working kitchen great. Whether I am designing custom cabinets or working with an existing cabinet line, choosing the function and look of a kitchen is of paramount importance.
Do you want an update on your bathroom or other finishes? I can assist you with selecting plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring material and counter/splash choices. If you decide to add a window or remove a wall, you have the comfort of knowing that I can handle any architectural feature that may be added or removed for city approval.
Custom Products
Do you have an idea for a fountain, furniture, sun shade or other architectural feature that you want realized? I can help. I have designed and had fabricated many ideas into products that my clients can enjoy.
Whether it involves fabric, wood, steel or some other material, I have the ability to design what your looking for and have it realized into a high quality product that your family can enjoy for years.
Some of my projects have included; custom dining tables, fireplaces (indoor and out), fountains, trellis with retractable sunshade, saunas and spas.
I have also had experience with draperies, pillows, slipcovers, duvets and other fabric projects to enhance your living space.
